Laut Jörg Neumann, Head of Microsoft Flight Simulator, wird es das bisher umfangreichste World Update sein. Hier erste Impressionen:

- 18 fotorealistische 3D Regionen (Photogrammetrie) davon 12 Städte und 6 Vororte mit einer Gesamtausdehnung von rund 8.000 Quadratkilometern
- Unzählige Sehenswürdigkeiten (POIs = Points of Interest), die wieder von Gaya Simulations umgesetzt werden
- Neues DEM (Digital Elevation Model = digitales Höhenmodell)
- Neue Satellitenbilder von Bing
